Prefin. Engrd. Reclaimed Pine Flooring

This is the beautiful reclaimed Antique Heart Pine from America's pre-1925 buildings.  It has lived it's useful life as structural beams and is now ready to live again in your home.  With nail holes and bolt holes (that have been plugged), it has the marks of 80+ years of use.

We offer the following sizes and finishes:

• 5" coverage in a natural finish, brown stain, and hand scraped brown stain
• 6" coverage in a hand scraped natural finish
• 7-1/2" coverage in a natural finish and a brown stain

The 3 mm (approx. 1/8") thick reclaimed Antique Heart Pine top is laminated to a solid 7-layer plywood base, then tongue and grooved ON ALL FOUR SIDES. It is then sanded and pre-finished with a very durable, clear aluminum-oxide finish, ready for your project. It comes neatly packaged in boxes, with individual flooring board lengths from 1' to 6'.

It can be installed on a concrete slab foundation (even below grade) or a raised foundation. Since it is sanded and pre-finished at the factory, there is no need to sand and finish on site, saving you time and money.  The flooring is ready to install (nail or glue down) and can be used immediately!
