To determine square foot price, multiply linear foot price below x 3 Conversion Factor.  These are tongue and grooved exactly in the center of the board (centermatched) so you can pick the prettiest side to face up.  With nail holes and bolt holes, it has the marks of 80+ years of use.
• This beautiful Longleaf Pine flooring is milled from the thick roof decking from an all-steel 1920 New Orleans riverfront warehouse. There are very few nail holes in this flooring and long average lengths.
