Tongue & Groove Old Face Flooring 3/4x5
|
In limited supply; only 300 sq.ft. left in a 3" and 4" mixed width as of 9/1/21. This material was originally 1-1/2" thick roof decking salvaged off of the Port of New Orleans "Market Street/Celest Street Warehouse". It is a mixture of Slash, Loblolly, and Shortleaf Pine and was probably a circa 1950 addition to the original 1923 structure. We've re-sawn it into two 3/4" rough pieces whereby one has the old ceiling paint and one has the old roofing residue. After finish milling, it is 5/8" thick X 4" and 3" face width T&G flooring with relief grooves on the bottom. Lengths: random, 2' & longer, up to 8'. The old surface of the boards have been left mostly intact; we "hit and miss" plane the face of the flooring to maintain the old look. Once installed, it can be sanded as much or as little as desired. To determine square foot price, multiply linear foot price below x 3 Conversion Factor.
